Welcome to Winding Creek Nursery, selling to retail and wholesale customers. We are dedicated to growing high quality, Michigan native shade trees as well as flowering ornamental trees. Winding Creek Nursery was established in 2003 and services all the greater West Michigan area. Our trees have been grown on site at our Shelbyville nursery, which helps insure your trees survival as they are already acclimated to West Michigan growing conditions. We would be glad to deliver your nursery stock to your door so you can enjoy the planting process.

Tree moving

Let us transfer your tree from one location to another. Our Bobcat and 36" tree spade can move a tree up to a 4" trunk size and can get into some very tight spots!. Give us a call and let us know what your project is and how we can help.

Step 1 - Tree Selection

Take a tour of our nursery with our laid-back sales team to select the trees that will be planted in your yard. We are family friendly and will help you find the best trees to fit your needs. We have over 30 different varieties of trees available in all different shapes and sizes.

Step 2 – Schedule Pick-up or Delivery and Installation

Now that you have found the perfect trees, we will schedule a time for you to pick up your trees or for us to deliver them to your home. If you are ambitious, we are more than happy to load them on your trailer or the back of your pickup truck. Or, you can let us do the work for you while you supervise!

Step 3 - Plant & Enjoy

Our trees will tremendously transform the look and feel of your yard and bring value to your property for years to come. Trees planted by our skilled nursery staff in your yard come with a one-year warranty. The only thing that is required of you is that the tree is cared for properly (See FAQ’s page).
