Description: Exclamation Planetree is a fast growing, upright pyramidal shade tree that is a hybrid of the American Sycamore tree. It has very similar flaky bark and large leaves but they are smaller than the classic Sycamore. It is also much more resistant to Anthracnose than the classic American Sycamore. Anthracnose is a fungal disease that causes branch dieback and splitting bark during cool wet springs.
